Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). For overseas orders, duty and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sizing

Sizing charts are provided for each product. All measurements are in centimetres. For additional enquiries email store@aptmnt.com.

Australian Orders

Shipping is free for all Australian over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping. A tracking number will be provided with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. All orders ship within 24 hours pending stock availability and payment verification.

International Orders

Shipping is free for all international orders over $500. Orders under $500 will be charged a flat rate of $40 for shipping. A tracking number will be provided with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days, depending on location. All orders ship within 24 hours pending stock availability and payment verification.

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers are entitled to an exchange on all full price items within 14 days from receiving your package. The item/s must be returned unused with original invoice, tags and packaging. If at the time of exchange a suitable item cannot be found, a credit note will issued valid for 3 months. Credit notes issued through the online store are only valid at aptmnt.com. Exchanges are not offered for reduced items or international orders. Refunds are only offered for faulty goods purchased within Australia and internationally.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at store@aptmnt.com. All faulty/damaged returns must adhere to the same criteria as listed above, in Returns & Exchanges. Refunds on faulty goods that have been shipped internationally will not include a refund for any customs taxes or duties that may have been applied to the shipment.
Apartment holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to asses faults prior to a return authorisation being given. Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided, including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released to anybody outside Apartment. Apartment does not record any credit card details provided during purchase. All credit card details are processed by EWAY. Further information can be viewed at eway.com.au. Apartment employs a RapidSSL 128 / 256 bit single root SSL certificate to encrypt data transmitted between aptmnt.com and the user to prevent eavesdropping and tampering.

Postal Returns

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. When returning an item, it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage (either by receipt, tracking or airway bill number). Apartment does not accept responsibility for lost’ returned orders. Only in the event of a faulty item is the return postage paid for by Apartment.
